According to the COMELEC’s Partial & Unofficial Tallied Results for the Country’s Nationwide Senate Elections, the top 12 Senators-Elect at the end of the Vote Counting will be:
1. Actor Robin Padilla
2. Rep. Loren Legarda
3. Broadcaster Raffy Tulfo
4. Senator Win Gatchalian
5. Gov. Chiz Escudero
6. Former DPWH Sec. Mark Villar
7. Rep. Alan Cayetano
8. Senator Migz Zubiri
9. Senator Joel Villanueva
10. Former Senator JV Ejercito
11. Senator Risa Hontiveros
12. Former Senator Jinggoy Estrada

The Results was somewhat surprising for the Political Pollsters but for the Voters its definitely a shock — especially Robin Padilla as the Top Senate Candidate in these Results. Its a wipeout again on the Opposition AND Non-Administration Senate Candidates of their different groups just like in 2019 which in my view wasn’t really a shock given how some voters already flaunted their distaste to some of these Candidates (mainly in the Opposition). Here is my predicted new bloc group of the Senate in the Administration & Opposition side and their Leaderships in the incoming 19th Ph Congress and IK some of you will not like what I’ve listed as members of the upcoming Majority & Minority.

Sidenote: IK that the Presidential Election Results still dominate the Ordinary (& Normie) People’s interests (mainly from the BBM Supporters & Voters) but the real action & decision makings of Public Policies that’ll be legislated and be battled it out is in the Ph Senate (& House of Reps)

My Predicted Ph Senate Leadership Compositions in the 19th Ph Congress:
New Senate President: Cynthia Villar
New Senate Pro-Temp: Francis Tolentino
New Majority Leader: Migz Zubiri
New Majority Whip: Win Gatchalian
New Minority Leader: Risa Hontiveros
New Minority Whip: Joel Villanueva

Here’s the Predicted Bloc Members for the Pro-Admin & Opposition Senators:
Senate Majority Bloc: Pro-Admin
1. Senator Cynthia Villar
2. Senator Francis Tolentino
3. Senator Migz Zubiri
4. Senator Win Gatchalian
5. Senator Imee Marcos
6. Senator Bong Revilla
7. Senator Bato Dela Rosa (Possibly)
8. Senator Bong Go (Possibly)
9. Senator-Elect Raffy Tulfo (Possibly)
10. Senator-Elect Robin Padilla
11. Senator-Elect Mark Villar
12. Senator-Elect Loren Legarda
13. Senator-Elect Jinggoy Estrada

Senate Minority Bloc: Opposition
1. Senator Risa Hontiveros
2. Senator Grace Poe
3. Senator Pia Cayetano
4. Senator Nancy Binay
5. Senator Joel Villanueva
6. Senator Sonny Angara (Possibly)
7. Senator Lito Lapid (Possibly)
8. Senator Koko Pimentel
9. Senator-Elect Alan Cayetano
10. Senator-Elect JV Ejercito (Possibly)
11. Senator-Elect Chiz Escudero (Possibly)

Would this happen in June 30? I don’t think so and I’m hoping to be wrong but I’ll feel sad if Risa Hontiveros will be the lonely member of the Senate Minority/Opposition Bloc. And I can’t wait to see how the Official Senate Groups of Majority & Minority will be formed. Since this’ll be an interesting Political Scenarios in my view and how much Opposition & Approval of the President-Elect’s Legislative Policy Agendas for the next 6 yrs that’ll be good & bad for the Country. Goodluck already to the soon to be build both Coalitions of Majority & Minority Senate Group and to the New Members of the Senate (the Neophytes) of the 19th Ph Congress and this is still somewhat interested in my Political Radar though on how their gonna be functioning Legislatively in June 30, 2022. In 2025 Ph Senate Elections good luck to the Non-Administration/Opposition Senate Candidates if they’ll have new Coalescing with each other Politically & Policy Speaking in order to be a Solid Political Coalition and have most of the Voters Backing to some of their Policies that Proposes.
